In a modern, fluid and interconnected workplace, everyone is a leader. As an executive, what do you need to manifest awareness and responsibility based on your personal power? At this retreat, you will discover your unrealized inner resources and transform your leadership impact. This retreat is designed for women in senior executive roles who, having undergone substantial trainings in leadership, are looking to find themselves and evolve in a new, meaningful way. You will experience how leadership is fundamentally a private matter reflecting your inner structures. At the retreat, you will delve deep and resurface refreshed. I will be guiding you to expanding your horizons… and emerging towards a balanced, free and big life.
THE OUTLINE
Often, the things that we like the least in ourselves, help us the most. In The Divine Comedy, Dante Alighieri describes a journey through the seven sins and virtues. During these exceptional three days, we will explore these polarities as they play out in your life – and how to transcend them. You will work together in group and pair dynamics as well as individually, and in one-on-one sessions with me.
Throughout the retreat, we will use techniques that facilitate self-realization, including:
- Journaling
- Story telling
- Voice and movement
- Nature walks
- Yoga and meditation
- Role play and reflection
- Poetry, music, artistic expression… and more
After the retreat, you will:
- Know and embrace previously unrealized aspects of yourself
- Wake up with a felt sense of self and a truer level of self-confidence
- Know who you are, what you want and what you offer
- Be able to create safety, strength and interconnectedness within your team and organization
- Be aware of how to experience and express yourself authentically as a leader
THE VENUE
The magical medieval village of Airole is situated in delightful Northern Italy, nestled in stunning countryside between the Ligurian Riviera and the Cuneo Alps. The retreat will be hosted at an intimate location close to the Piazza Santissima Giacomo e Filippo, with intermezzos in the beautiful surrounding nature.
