While on retreat with the Guidance Sufi group in Katwijk, we delved into the
profound symbolism of the heart as a crucible and explored the alchemical
processes it embodies. We contemplated how to navigate our personal
metamorphosis amid the intense heat and pressure of the process: The
stirring of the heart.
