Anil Sachdev, founder of the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), a private business school located close to Delhi, kindly invited Anne Stadler and me to join him in working with a group of about 25 senior executives representing sizable companies from around the world. It was such a joy to experience how important transformational leadership tenets exert a real impact on the mindset of individual leaders. The context certainly played a role in this. Kashmir is one of the most pristine and pure places I have ever experienced.
