I was honored to be invited to speak at the ELP Leadership Dialogue on the theme of “Leadership Beyond the Rational Mind.”
The themes that we addressed together feel more relevant than ever: In a world marked by rapid change, a heightened demand for presence, and an increased need for inner resources, how can we hope to lead effectively without cultivating intuition, engaging our senses, and fostering meaningful relatedness?
For me, the timing of this dialogue was particularly meaningful. As I finalize my upcoming book on self-realization and dimensions of consciousness, this opportunity allowed me to share insights drawn from my research and experience.
