At Kairos time I’d say, that decisive moment when all comes together symmetrically. I found myself taking a turn and believe I’m not the only one moving with this transitional time. I moved to Airole, Italy, next to the Italian Riviera and classic skiing resorts such as Limone. I don’t have a Yacht and I don’t ski, so, in the process of preparing (many months) I searched for the rationale. Finally I found the obvious – the seeds planted long ago bear fruit to be cultivated and refined.
This is the right time and the right place to once again deepen my academic and professional foundation: Philosophy, psychology and mysticism. And to ask the question anew – what are the implications of these pillars for our time of transition? Through reading and writing, studying and lecturing and especially in conversations with likeminded seekers, a program crystalized – Leading With Integrity – that builds on these pillars within the business context and that is co-created with and by delegates. Women in senior roles within large organizations, in a diversity of sectors. Why? Because more women than ever are placed in senior positions, not only because of their gender, but because they tend to come with a different mindset, which is needed to balance and grow the business more sustainably. Integrity plays a major role in retaining that mindset in an environment that doesn’t always cater to it.
The program will be run for small groups of women in a hybrid format. Delegates will profit from each other’s experiences and insights, build confidence and resilience, and enjoy moving forward towards the joyful foresight of a different outlook. I’m thrilled with this new beginning and open to conversations on the ability to take the turn when it’s time.
