Writings & Reflections – Rome

Karin is extraordinarily gifted in bringing together business people representatives from the Vatican in important dialogues centered around ethics and good conduct. In these gatherings she creates a sense of unity where ideas and opinions have a privileged space for exploration within a group of very different people – it is a memorable experience to be part of.

Rome is a vibrant intersection where living tradition, rich religious and cultural heritage meet with modern day corporate and social challenges. It is a prodigious place to create dialogue that address the impact of ethical issues on professional decision-making and show the way forward while also illustrating the challenges pertaining to social cohesion.

The conversations bring diverse groups of senior business executives together where they engage in inspiring dialogues with academics and Vatican officials. For seven years now, these have provided an opportunity to expand a vision of the future in a city where the glory of the past remains tangible.

For me, the city of Rome is a source of great personal inspiration. Most of my books were written while here. My writing in Rome is complemented by my teaching activities at LUISS University.
