For seven years, De Baak has organized the annual Dutch Labor Relations Journey. It was started as an initiative by the CEO, Harry Starren, to create an opportunity for the different parties of the Dutch labor market to meet each other and to do so through the encounter with counterparties in different countries. As such we visited Casablanca, Copenhagen, Budapest, Dublin, Istanbul, Riga, Rome and finally returned back to Amsterdam. It was an honor to be part of making this happen.
